PASTOR Loc Nguyen
Paul Church
In the mid-1990’s, Pastor Loc's family learned about Jesus Christ when he was still in elementary school. At that time, he only knew God as a religion and the Bible as book knowledge. It wasn't until 2016 that he had a profound personal encounter with the Risen Lord. From a prodigal son, Pastor Loc became a follower of Jesus.
In early 2017, Pastor Loc entered Kairos Theological School and began training to serve God under the guidance of Pastor Phuong Truong. He served in roles such as Worship Leader, Youth Leader, and Basic Christianity Teacher.
By 2018, God's calling became clearer in his role of teaching God's Word (Isaiah 49:6). Through this, Pastor Loc took on the responsibility of caring for Love Church under the leadership of Pastor Phuong.
At the beginning of 2025, Pastor Loc, his wife and children left Love Church in District 9 to move to Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. There, Pastor Loc took on the responsibility of leading and caring for Paul Church. This is a challenging but also blessed journey for him.
Pastor Loc married Ms. Hoa at Love Church in October 2021. The Lord has blessed them with two sons: Joseph (32 months old) and Benjamin (19 months old). They are also joyfully awaiting the birth of another child in September 2026.
"But I and my household will serve the Lord" (Joshua 24:15) is the guiding principle for Mr. Loc and his family.
Prayer Requests:
1. Transformed Lives
Church members grow in faith and in the knowledge of Jesus, their lives transformed by God's Word and the power of the Holy Spirit.
2. Committed Servants
A core team filled with love, devotion, giftedness, and power from God, works together to build effective ministries in the church.
3. Strong Cell Groups
Cell groups will grow in numbers and in faith. May God help these groups remain united, loving, and filled with His presence.
4. Sharing the Faith with the Community
Evangelism and community outreach are guided by God so that many people may come to know Him, and His Name may be glorified in the surrounding communities.
